We offer complimentary standard shipping and returns on orders over $250 in Canada and the US, with the option of Express Shipping within Canada for $30.00, and the US for $60.00. A signature is required on all deliveries.
Please allow two business days for processing of standard shipments plus an additional four business days for delivery. Overall, please allow six business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Shipping timeline may vary in rural areas.

Of course! If an order is placed Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm, please contact SMYTHE within the first hour of your order being placed via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you order is placed outside of office hours, please email by the following day at 9am.
As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. Please follow the link in the email to track your package. Additionally, you can track and return your package through our live chat function on the bottom left of your screen (click Chat with us). If you have any issues receiving your package or with tracking, you can email us at email@example.com and we will be able to assist you.
We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn’t work out within 10 business days of order receipt, please initiate a return via the the Return Portal to process a return. A pre-paid UPS return shipping label will be generated once the return request has been submitted.
*Please note that we will deduct $10 from your refund amount for warehouse restocking and any Express shipping fees will not be refunded.

We do not offer straight exchanges at this time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item that does not fit want for a full refund and place a new order on shopsmythe.ca at your convenience.
All sale products are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. When an item is Final Sale, we do not allow returns unless the item is received damaged.
Return In Store
At this time, we do not accept returns for online orders at our Summerhill store. Online orders must be returned to our warehouse using the Online Return Portal.
