We ship domestically within Canada at shopsmythe.ca and internationally at shopsmythe.com. We currently do not ship to India.

We offer complimentary standard shipping and returns on orders over $50 in Canada and the US with the option of Express Shipping within Canada for $30.00.

Please allow two business days for processing of standard shipments plus an additional four business days for delivery. Overall, please allow six business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Shipping timeline may vary in rural areas.

Express orders will be processed in one business day plus an additional two business days for delivery. Overall, please allow three business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Shipping timeline may vary in rural areas.

To ensure your new SMYTHE piece arrives safely to you, a signature is required for all deliveries.

Of course! If an order is placed Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm, please contact SMYTHE within the first hour of your order being placed via customerservice@shopsmythe.com. If you order is placed outside of office hours, please email by the following day at 9am.

As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. Please follow the link in the email to track your package. If you have any issues receiving your package or with tracking, you can email us at customerservice@shopsmythe.com and we will be able to assist you.

We hope you love your purchase, however, if it doesn’t work out within ten business days of order receipt, please visit the Return Portal to process a return. A UPS return shipping label is included with each shipment.

*Please note any Express shipping fees will not be refunded, as well as any duties and taxes that were paid to import your shipment. SMYTHE is not responsible for these additional costs.

To return, an item must:

Be unworn, in its original condition. Have return tag, as originally attached. Have branding tag(s), as originally attached. Be in original packaging.

Once your return shipment is received, a refund will be processed within five business days.  Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SMYTHE gift cards, Apple, Shop and Google Pay.

We pride ourselves on meticulous construction.  If something is not perfect, please email customerservice@shopsmythe.com. In your email, please provide as much information as you can such as a style number/name & pictures of the garment, description of the issue and a mailing address if needed. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.
