Access the Return Portal


We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn’t work out within 10 business days of order receipt, please initiate a return via the the Return Portal above to process a return. A pre-paid UPS return shipping label will be generated once the return has been submitted.

To return, an item must:

  1. Be unworn, in its original condition.

  2. Have return tag, as originally attached.

  3. Have branding tag(s), as originally attached.

  4. Be in original packaging.

Items returned that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed and will be returned to sender.

Once your return shipment is received and approved, you will be sent a confirmation of your refund within 5-10 business days. Be advised that the refund could take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

We will deduct $10 from your refund amount for warehouse restocking. Please note Express shipping fees will not be refunded.


We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want for a full refund and place a new order on at your convenience.

Final Sale

All sale products are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. When an item is Final Sale, we do not allow returns unless the item is received damaged.

Return In Store

At this time, we do not accept returns for online orders at our Summerhill store. Online orders must be returned to our warehouse using the online Return Portal.
